My goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ModaVault. As a solo operator, I aim to handle any issues fairly and efficiently. Please review this policy outlining the terms for returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

You are eligible to request a return if:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

  • You contact me to initiate a return request within 30 days​ of the delivery date.

  • The product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if I shipped the incorrect item.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Digital downloads or software.

  • Personalized, custom-made, or final sale items (clearly marked as such).

  • Any item damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.

2. The Refund Process

  • Please do not ship your return until you have received a Return Authorization and instructions from me.

  • Once I receive the returned item and inspect its condition, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. The processing time for the refund to appear in your account is typically 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Items returned outside the 30-day window.

  • Non-returnable items as listed above.

  • Items returned in used, damaged, or unsellable condition.

  • Original shipping and handling charges (unless the return is due to my error, such as shipping a wrong or defective item).

  • The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is a result of my mistake.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email me directly at support@modavault.buzz​ and include:

  • Your order number.

  • The reason for the return.

  • Photos of the item, especially if it is defective or damaged.

I will respond to your request within 1-2 business days​ with further instructions and my return address.
