My goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ModaVault. As a solo operator, I aim to handle any issues fairly and efficiently. Please review this policy outlining the terms for returns and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
You are eligible to request a return if:
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
You contact me to initiate a return request within 30 days of the delivery date.
The product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if I shipped the incorrect item.
Non-Returnable Items:
Digital downloads or software.
Personalized, custom-made, or final sale items (clearly marked as such).
Any item damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.
2. The Refund Process
Please do not ship your return until you have received a Return Authorization and instructions from me.
Once I receive the returned item and inspect its condition, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. The processing time for the refund to appear in your account is typically 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds cannot be issued for:
Items returned outside the 30-day window.
Non-returnable items as listed above.
Items returned in used, damaged, or unsellable condition.
Original shipping and handling charges (unless the return is due to my error, such as shipping a wrong or defective item).
The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is a result of my mistake.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email me directly at support@modavault.buzz and include:
Your order number.
The reason for the return.
Photos of the item, especially if it is defective or damaged.
I will respond to your request within 1-2 business days with further instructions and my return address.
