This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed through ModaVault. As a solo-operated venture, I am committed to providing clear, reliable, and cost-effective shipping for your orders.

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and handed off to the shipping carrier within 1-3 business days​ (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. Pre-order or customized items will have their specific shipping timeline clearly noted on the product page.

2. Shipping Carriers & Methods

I primarily ship with reliable carriers like USPS​ and UPS. The carrier and service method are chosen based on efficiency, cost, and your destination to ensure the best value.

3. Delivery Timeframes & Fees

The following are estimates and fees for standard shipping:

  • Continental United States:

    • Estimated Delivery:​ 3-8 business days after shipment.

    • Fees:​ Free shipping on orders over $60. A flat rate of $5.95​ applies to orders under $60.

  • Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories:

    • Estimated Delivery:​ 7-18 business days after shipment.

    • Fees:​ A flat rate of $12.95​ applies.

  • International Orders:

    • Estimated Delivery:​ 10-25 business days after shipment. Time varies significantly by destination.

    • Fees:​ Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

    • Important:​ The customer is solely responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees. Please provide an accurate phone number and email for customs clearance.

4. Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link once your order is on its way. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to activate on the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Address & P.O. Boxes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. I am not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Orders can be shipped to P.O. Boxes via USPS.

6. Damages, Loss, & Liability

  • Risk of Loss:​ Once an order is handed to the carrier and the tracking information is updated, the responsibility for the shipment passes to the customer.

  • Damaged Packages:​ If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery or contact me immediately at the support details below. Note any damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt if possible.

  • Lost in Transit:​ I am not liable for packages lost or delayed due to carrier errors or extreme weather events. However, I will assist you in opening a trace investigation with the shipping carrier.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Undeliverable Packages

  • For details on returns and exchanges, please see the separate Return Policy.

  • If a package is returned to me as “undeliverable” due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs fees, or failure to collect, the cost of reshipping (if requested) will be the customer’s responsibility.
